Regional Map Gananoque is centrally located and easily accessed from Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal & USA: 1/2 way between Toronto and Montreal (170 miles / 275  km - just over 3 hours drive either direction) on Hwy 401 (exits 645 & 648 for Gananoque); 100 miles / 160 km ( 1 3/4 hours) south of Ottawa; 90 miles north (2hours) of Syracuse on Interstate 81.  Cross the border at Ivy Lea International Bridge, west on the 1000 Islands Parkway to Gananoque.

Eastern Ontario Located on the east end of Lake Ontario, Gananoque, is in The Heart of the 1000 Islands. On the Mighty St. Lawrence River.

Local Map Gananoque is the Gateway to the 1000 Islands, you will enter through these gates from any direction. From the  401 eastbound  take Exit # 645 go south on Stone Street, to your first light,  turn right on  King Street to go west.  Past the Town Hall, next you will pass over the bridge, you will need to take your next left on Main Street. The Blinkbonnie Harbor Inn awaits you around the corner! From the 401 westbound take Exit # 648 go left on Hwy #2 pass over the 401, carry on past the casino, into the gateway to Gananoque, this is King Street, follow King Street into town, when you get to the downtown area follow King Street past the Town Hall, you will need to take your next left on Main Street after you cross the bridge.  The Blinkbonnie Harbor Inn awaits you around the corner!
